For a maternity photo-shoot you can book a fortnight early or more, and for the baby photo-shoot its advised to book at least a week earlier than the shoot. Or just call our customer care.

First login to your account, go to my orders, click on the booked order there you shall find an option to change the booking dates, you can either postpone or prepone the booking dates.

For the maternity photo-shoot customer can choose the place ie indoor or outdoor and specific place (if any) and for the baby photo-shoot we shall come to hospital with our photographers to take the snaps of your baby.

We use professional grade DSLR cameras with different lenses and we take photo of babies only in natural light without using any flash, also we have professionals to handle the baby with extra care.

We use baskets, hair bands, Different varieties of caps, shoes, we portrait babies as doctors, chefs, lord Krishna, Radhe(baby girls). For maternity we use baby shoes, hair bands (crowns), baby on board etc.

• Enter the name, email address and phone of the person you want to send the e-Gift Voucher (e-GV).
• Enter the value of the voucher you would like to purchase then click "Proceed To Pay".
• The sidebar will now show the payment options. You can pay by Credit Card / Debit Card / ATM Card / Netbanking.

Proceed to pay through your preferred choice, or if you need to make any changes to the value, you can always click "Edit" to modify it. Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email with the e-GV details.

Simple!

• Go to www.klicpic.com and select the items you want to purchase.
• When you are ready to checkout, click "Proceed To Pay", the same as our regular checkout.
• Select the "Pay By e-Gift Voucher" Option.
• Enter your 16-digit Voucher Number and the corresponding 6-digit PIN number when prompted.
• If the amount of your e-Gift Voucher doesn't cover your order total, you will be prompted to select an additional payment method.

IMPORTANT: Funds will be deducted from your e-Gift Voucher at the time you place your order. In case of any adjustment or cancellation at a later stage, we will (re)issue funds as credit to your voucher.

Yes. All e-Gift Vouchers expire 90 days from the date of their issue.

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). Debit cards We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

Once we finish the shoot, we require minimum of 2 days to do all the required editing, then we shall deliver the products accordingly through our courier partners to reach you safely.

All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. You will be informed when we ship your consignment and will also be provided a tracking number.

All the items which has to be couriered are packed in Boxes and wraps under klicpic standards, which ensures that there are no damages in the transit and we ensure you that it reaches safely.

Yes.

All items are delivered through reputed courier partners including DTDC - Klicpic's preferred delivery partner. You will be provided a Tracking ID for your order by the respective courier service provider. Order IDs contain tracking information from your klicpic account.
